About the Role

The Operations Manager – Hub Operations  is responsible for overseeing end-to-end login and disbursal activities across two or more PODs (Product Operating Divisions) within Retail Asset Hub Operations. Based in Mumbai, Noida, or Hyderabad, the role involves managing direct reportees mapped to each POD, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards. The incumbent will monitor performance metrics, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive process improvements to support business objectives and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

Manage login and disbursal activities across two or more PODs of the same product.
Lead and supervise full-time employees (FTEs) mapped to each POD, tracking performance across key parameters.
Develop expertise in disbursal processes for multiple retail banking products.
Ensure that Turnaround Time (TAT) and First Time Right (FTR%) targets are consistently met.
Monitor and escalate critical and non-critical operational errors to senior stakeholders as needed.

Secondary Responsibilities

Drive high productivity among Hub executives across all assigned PODs.
Coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
Suggest initiatives to improve efficiency and performance of POD members.
Interface daily with vendors to ensure optimal resource planning.

What We Are Looking For

Education

Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
Postgraduate degree (preferred)

Experience

2 yrs Relevant experience in retail banking operations, preferably in loan disbursal or hub operations

Skills and Attributes

Strong understanding of loan disbursal processes and operational workflows
Proven team management and leadership capabilities
Excellent coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
Attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance
Ability to identify and escalate operational risks
Process-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
