Overview

The role will work with the Priority customers and Categories to develop & implement account specific Joint Business Plan by leveraging global best practices and consumer insights.

The role will also ensure rigor in tracking the execution and KPIs of the JBP for the priority customers

Responsibilities

Customer Management
Be the custodian of Vol, Value & Share for Pep Foods for priority customers
Lead the planning & delivery of JBP (Joint Business plan) with customers & become their preferred partners in each category PI exist
Be the lead for planning with customers to ensure delivery of monthly vol, val & share gain as per Pep AOP target
Develop Omni Channel play by partnering with customers - assortment, content, activation
Vol & AOP delivery  Play lead role in developing and execution of AOP , including planning & implementation of marketing initiatives across a set of MT customers
Be the lead face for managing priority customers across their functions for day-to-day business
Keep daily track of stock situation and competition promo/activities on app /In store across all MT customers, mitigate adversity on real time basis.
Gather market insight on MOP (Market operating price)
Manage customer P&L & work closely with Finance team to reduce C2S / TS by finding various opportunity areas & find solutions for same.
Work closely with Implants / Javis Team / Unit sales team to drive OFR
Insights , Marketing Planning & Execution on Ground  Plan monthly promotions based on insights / offtake data customer wise & region wise and advise unit sales for alignment, plan in advance with customers & roll out.

Responsible for market insights - deployment of promotions & tracking on shelf with daily rigour in all customers of MT
Review of marketing along with CMM - tracking of self & competition marketing deployments & act as source of COE on marketing intelligence
Closely work with Unit sales team, 3rd Party & Customers to ensure Best in Class Execution in stores
Lead the Brand pack agenda for the channel.
New accounts scouting & onboarding  Ensure deployment of key pack initiatives at depth of customer wise- city x-store level
Onboarding of new accounts - explore customers, consult Franchise for ToT closure & implement practises with start of business
Plan & Launch of New SKUs (Listing + Activation) well on time.

Qualifications

Minimum 7-9 years' experience needed in Sales & customer management in MT/Ecom (including ASM, GTM, BDM roles).
MBA from Premier institute
Added advantage of

Experience with FMCG multi-national companies
