Job Description
The Inclusion & Corporate Responsibility Advisor supports the development, implementation and reporting of Turner & Townsend's Inclusion and Corporate Responsibility (CR) strategies across the Asia business. The role works in collaboration with internal CR Champions and external partners to embed Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles in operations, projects and client delivery ensuring alignment with global sustainability commitments and local priorities.
Experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility.
Working knowledge of ESG frameworks (E.g. GRI, TCFD, SDGs).
Strong data analysis and reporting skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Demonstrated coordination/organisational skills.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
Environmental sustainability
Support the development and implementation of our regional Net Zero roadmap.
Contribute to the development of tools and processed to improve environmental performance across projects and offices.
Integrate sustainability considerations into existing regional policies, and procedures as needed.
Conduct research to maintain a strong understanding of sustainability trends and challenges at regional level to ensure that regional initiatives and objectives are fit for purpose and compliant.
Coordinate the collection, consolidation and QA of environmental data for reporting purposes.
Support the maintenance of the Environmental Management System (EMS) and assist with internal ISO 14001 audits where required.
Social impact
Coordinate and support implementation of diversity and inclusion activities, including events, communications, and reporting
Lead the development and delivery of regional and local social impact programs that align with the business' CR strategy and priorities.
Coordinate and drive fundraising, volunteering, and pro bono activities that maximise employee engagement and community benefit.
Partnership management
Build and manage strong partnerships with charity organisations, educational institutions, and industry bodies.
Create opportunities to add value to or collaborate with clients on shared-value initiatives, strengthening relationships and enhancing Turner & Townsend's market position.
Coordination of CR Representatives
Coordinate the network of CR Representatives across Asia, providing guidance, direction, and support.
Ensure local delivery of initiatives is aligned to regional and global priorities.
Develop tools, training, and communications to enable CR Representatives to be effective ambassadors in their markets.
Reporting and governance
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of environmental and community-related data, supporting regional and global CR reporting requirements as well as client disclosures and bids.
Manage the development and refinement of CR reporting to provide clear insights into community and environmental impact.
Support internal governance processes to maintain accountability and alignment with strategic objectives.
Develop communications and engagement materials to raise awareness of Inclusion and CR activities internally and externally.
Promote a culture of inclusion, social and environmental responsibility across the region

Qualifications
Qualified in a relevant degree preferred but not essential.
Experience in ESG, sustainability, or corporate responsibility.
