Shifts:
Morning / Day / Night
Shift Timings:
* First Shift – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
* Second Shift – 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM
* Third Shift – 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
We are looking for Machine Operators to join our Production team.
Job Role:
Machine Operator
Department:
Production
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate baking, mixing, depositing, drizzling & packing machines
* Handle machine setup, changeovers & shutdowns as per SOP
* Monitor production parameters like temperature, speed & quality
* Minimize downtime and wastage during production
* Perform basic troubleshooting & coordinate with maintenance team
* Maintain hygiene, GMP & food safety standards
* Maintain production reports and machine checklists
* Support continuous improvement & productivity initiatives
Qualification:
ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or equivalent

Preferred Experience:
Candidates with experience in:
* Automatic baking lines
* Chocolate drizzling systems
* High-speed packing lines
