Junior Officer

Job Description      Receive shift operating instructions from the Production Officer / Executive / Assistant Manager or above.
Perform batch processing strictly as per approved Batch Production Records and instructions.
Operate manufacturing processes while ensuring all parameters remain within specified limits.
Submit in'process and intermediate samples to the QC laboratory as per batch instructions.
Maintain good housekeeping practices in all production areas.
Ensure production equipment is clean externally at all times.
Follow GMP and safety guidelines and make accurate entries in BPCR, BCLR, PDR, and other cGMP documents.
Use appropriate personal protective equipment and remain familiar with the location and operation of firefighting equipment.
Operate utilities and equipment as per SOPs, ensuring strict adherence to process parameters.
Immediately report any deviations or abnormalities during operations to the Officer / Executive.
Follow all safe operating practices as outlined in applicable SOPs.
Perform additional duties as assigned by superiors.
