Composite Textile Plant in Maharashtra
Responsibilities
1. Responsible for complete plant functions
2. Responsible for all machine maintenance.
3. Quality assurance at each level
4. Responsible for TQM (Total Quality Maintenance), Continuous Improvement, Operational manufacturing excellence, Production budget Management, Cost reduction.
5. Factory performance in terms of productivity enhancing, quality improvement, on time deliveries, reduction of manufacturing lead time.
6. New product Introduction and Change Management.
Qualifications / Desired Profile :
B.E.
- Textile / Mechanical
20+ years of experience in overseeing Production & Maintenance of the Textile Plant / Composite Textile Plant
Experience in plant management and manufacturing operations Strong communication, management and supervisory skills
