About the Role
We are seeking a  Manufacturing Operations Analyst (Freelancer)  to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on manufacturing processes, production operations, operational efficiency, quality management, process optimization, and industrial workflows.
In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated outputs related to manufacturing operations, production planning, plant performance, process monitoring, quality control, operational analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for manufacturing intelligence, operational decision-making, and industrial process optimization.
This position is ideal for professionals with experience in manufacturing operations, production management, industrial engineering, plant operations, supply chain operations, or process improvement.

Responsibilities
Create deliverables addressing common manufacturing and production-related scenarios
Review and evaluate AI-generated analyses related to production operations, manufacturing workflows, and plant performance
Assess AI outputs for operational accuracy, logical reasoning, process understanding, and consistency
Analyze manufacturing processes, production metrics, operational KPIs, and efficiency improvement opportunities
Identify process inefficiencies, operational bottlenecks, quality concerns, and production risks in AI-generated content
Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in manufacturing and operations-related workflows
Support projects involving production planning, process optimization, manufacturing analytics, quality management, and operational excellence
Review peer-developed deliverables to maintain quality and consistency standards
Contribute domain expertise to improve AI systems focused on manufacturing intelligence and industrial operations

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, production management, industrial engineering, plant operations, process improvement, or related functions
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflows, operational KPIs, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies

Experience with production planning, capacity utilization, operational analytics, process optimization, or manufacturing performance monitoring
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, Kaizen, Operational Excellence, or related methodologies
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
Excellent written English communication skills
Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and identify operational inaccuracies or reasoning gaps
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in automotive, electronics, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, industrial manufacturing, aerospace, or process industries
Familiarity with ERP, MES, SCM, or manufacturing analytics platforms

Experience with quality assurance, quality control, root cause analysis, process improvement, or operational excellence initiatives
Exposure to Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, digital transformation, or manufacturing analytics is a plus
Knowledge of supply chain operations, inventory management, and production scheduling is advantageous
