A reputed textile manufacturing company in Nepal is hiring Production Manager from India!

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Production Manager

to oversee and manage the entire production operations of our textile manufacturing unit in Nepal. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in production planning, process improvement, manpower management, quality control, and achieving production targets while maintaining efficiency and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage daily textile production operations to meet production targets.
Develop production schedules and ensure timely delivery of orders.
Monitor production efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization.
Implement process improvements to enhance quality and reduce wastage.
Supervise production teams and ensure proper manpower planning and allocation.
Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Supply Chain departments for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and manufacturing procedures.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities.
Prepare production reports, MIS reports, and performance analyses for management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize costs and improve productivity.
Train and develop production staff and build a high-performing team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in

Textile Engineerin or a related field

.
Minimum

5–10 years of experience

in textile manufacturing, with at least

3–5 years in a managerial role

.
Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, production planning, quality systems, and factory operations.
Proven experience in handling large production teams and achieving production targets.
Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting systems.
