Roles & Responsibilities :

- Impact analysis and evaluation of Promotional expenses for driving profitable spending by business teams.
- Impact analysis on CRM activities aligning with the business objectives & outcomes
- Flagging the deviations with due diligence of marketing planning initiatives
- Collaborating with Marketing, Finance & Department teams to establish and drive systems for execution of marketing activities within given budgets
- Drive strategic projects at IB level which includes communication, patient access and therapy development initiatives in core therapy areas

Skills &

Competencies:

- Working knowledge of P&L and business accounting practices
- Sound knowledge of marketing and promotion strategies in pharmaceutical/ life-sciences
- Good understanding of industry market data analytics
- Capability to get insights from the numbers
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
