Senior Officer - Granulation Block B

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise granulation processes including weighing, sifting, mixing, and granulation as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and SOP guidelines during operations.
Monitor performance and productivity of granulation operators and contract manpower.
Ensure proper cleaning and usage of equipment like RMG, FBD, multi-mill, sifter, and blender.
Maintain documentation including logbooks, BMRs, and cleaning records accurately and timely.
Coordinate with QA/QC, maintenance, and warehouse departments for smooth functioning.
Assist in training of junior staff and operators.
Monitor environmental conditions and take corrective actions if deviations are noted.
Support process validation, qualification, and any audit readiness activities.
Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials, granules, and intermediates.
Identify areas for process improvement and support implementation of best practices.
Qualifications &
Experience:
Education:
B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience:
3-6 years of relevant experience in Granulation in an OSD formulation plant.
Skills Required:
Sound knowledge of granulation processes and equipment.
Good understanding of GMP, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Team management and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of safety practices in a pharmaceutical plant.
Proficiency in handling deviations and change controls.
