About the Role:

As a Consumer Insights Specialist, you’ll lead end-to-end qualitative research projects for some of the world’s most recognized brands across industries like CPG, Automotive, Tech and Telecom and Hospitality. You’ll harness the power of  Conversation Research  - our cutting-edge, AI-powered methodology - to uncover deep, actionable insights from digital conversations.

You’ll also collaborate closely with our data science team to  co-develop Generative AI-powered insight solutions , pushing the boundaries of how qualitative research is conducted and delivered.

What you will do?
Lead qualitative research initiatives from design to delivery, using innovative conversation research methodologies
Analyze digital conversations and cultural trends to extract meaningful consumer insights
Collaborate with data scientists to develop and refine  Gen AI-powered insight tools and frameworks
Deliver strategic recommendations through compelling  storytelling  and  data synthesis
Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams to embed insights into business strategy
Stay ahead of the curve by  exploring emerging research techniques and industry trends

What we are looking for?
2–3 years  of hands-on experience in  qualitative market research or consumer insights
Master’s degree in  Marketing (Research) or Psychology or Economics
Proven expertise in research design, content analysis, and insight presentation
Strong command of English and Hindi (written and verbal)
Analytical mindset with a knack for interpreting complex qualitative data
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
A portfolio that showcases your ability to turn research into impact
