Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located at our Mumbai office
You will be responsible for managing a team of researchers and managing client deliverables
Conducting research studies, managing projects from start to finish, and working closely with clients to gather insights and deliver actionable findings. You will be involved in planning and executing quantitative research methodologies, writing/checking questionnaires/field briefing notes/analysis plans and writing research reports.

Your role will contribute to the overall success of market research projects and help clients make informed business decisions
At the Managerial level you will be involved in proposal writing and be responsible for multiple projects at one time and be the key contact person with the client

Qualifications
Strong understanding of quantitative research methodologies and techniques
Experience in primary research projects in India - interviews with end customers through face to face interviewing teams or online panels. So, experiencing in managing operations around a quantitative project
Open to using new AI tools for questionnaire development, scripting, translations, analysis and report writing
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Master's degree - MBA/MMS Marketing or Marketing Research
Prior experience in market research or consumer insights is a must - 4-5 years
