eExecute and manage developmental project activities, participate in screening and generation of new opportunities in emerging drug delivery systems in order to contribute to the overall Research and Development goal of the organization

ty1.Design the complete new product development strategy using sound technical knowledge, literature research and risk assessment to facilitate creation of a plan of action with timeline
s.2.Raise indent to ensure timely availability of materials for project development
3.Execute activities related to the prototype formulation in order to develop the proof of concept for new product
s.4.Compile and assess data generated during development cycle through review and discussions to study the trend of the product performance and its qualit
y.5.Transfer technical know-how from R&D to manufacturing units for scale-up or commercial product develop men
