Expertise in a broad base of core materials:
Ceramics, Material science, Inorganic, coating techniques, etc.,
Basic knowledge of materials chemistry and defects in solids
Hands on experience knowledge on various analytical materials characterization techniques such as XRD, ICP, SEM and XRF tec.,
Willingness to learn and share the knowledge, quick grasping abilities.
Attention to details and quality of work.
Should have hands-on approach towards research and be proactive.
Independent research abilities with minimal supervision, good at decision-making.
Meticulous in prioritizing, planning and execution.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams, agile mindset.
Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to write technical reports/memos/manuscripts.
Proficient in MS office.
Qualifications
Educational qualification:
Masters in the area of Materials science/Ceramics/Inorganic chemistry/Materials science and Metallurgy with 2 to 3 years of relevant industrial or academic experience
Specific Skills / Personal Attributes
Follow EHS protocols and 5S
Working experience in a chemical lab.
Hands-on experience in characterization techniques.
