The Role
We're looking for development economists to help shape how AI understands global and development economics. Your expertise will directly influence how next-generation AI systems reason about growth, inequality, poverty, and international policy — making a real impact on one of the most consequential applications of AI today.

What You'll Do
Review and evaluate AI-generated development economics questions, answers, and explanations used in model training
Assess the quality and accuracy of AI reasoning on topics such as economic growth, inequality, poverty reduction, and global development
Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the factual accuracy and contextual nuance of AI outputs
Apply your academic or real-world experience to validate complex economic scenarios and policy discussions
Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments that fit your schedule
Who You Are
3+ years of experience researching or teaching development economics
Strong command of global economic issues, data interpretation, and development theory
Able to critically evaluate written economic reasoning and identify errors or gaps in logic
Comfortable working independently within structured review frameworks
Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Nice to Have
Graduate degree in Economics or a closely related field
Experience in field research, NGO work, or international economic policy
Familiarity with AI systems, content evaluation, or data annotation workflows
