Job Title:

Conference Research Associate
Industry:  Lifesciences, Conferences
Objective:  To conduct primary and secondary research, perform SWOT, trend, and
competitor analysis, and develop data-driven conference content across Biotech, Medical
Devices, and Therapeutics industries.

Employment Type:

Full Time (In-office)

Education:

Graduate (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field preferred)

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in research, content development, or conference
production
Working Days:  Monday – Friday (Sat & Sun Off)
Shift Timings:  12 PM – 9 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct primary and secondary research to identify key trends, challenges, and
emerging opportunities within the Life Sciences, Biotech, and Healthcare
sectors.
Perform SWOT, trend, and competitor analysis to identify market gaps and help
shape conference content strategy.
Develop conference agendas, topics, and speaker line-ups based on verified
research insights.
Communicate directly with industry experts, clients, and speakers to validate
research findings and gather fresh perspectives.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry leaders, and associations
for knowledge exchange and collaboration.
Prepare detailed research briefs, content outlines, and analytical reports to
support marketing and production teams.
Work closely with the Conference Producer/Manager to conceptualize event
themes and ensure strategic alignment with market needs.
Support the creation of speaker invitations, proposal decks, and post-event
reports.
Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, sales, and design) to ensure
seamless event execution.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry news, competitor events, and
global market developments.

Required Skills :
Graduate in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in research, analysis, or conference content roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact confidently with
international professionals.
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SWOT, trend, and competitor analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Exceptional time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively within a global team.

Preferred Skills :
Experience in conference research, business intelligence, or market analysis.
Familiarity with Life Sciences, Biotech, or Healthcare sectors.
Understanding of strategic content planning and event research workflows.
