About
The Role
We're looking for Masters-level biology experts to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs — and we need people who think rigorously about science to help make AI smarter, more accurate, and more trustworthy in the life sciences.
This is a fully remote, flexible contractor role. No AI background required — just strong biology knowledge and the ability to reason through complex problems.

What You'll Do
Design advanced biology questions and problems to challenge and evaluate AI performance
Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with rigorous scientific logic
Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Masters-level biology
Provide structured written feedback that directly improves how AI models handle complex biological concepts
Who You Are
Currently pursuing or have completed a Masters degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains
Able to communicate complex scientific ideas clearly and precisely in writing
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
Experience in data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation workflows
Familiarity with molecular biology, genetics, physiology, or related specializations
Background in academic research or scientific writing
