Key Responsibilities Identify, connect, and build relationships with colleges, universities, and student communities to recruit and onboard a team of 20–25 research interns for campaign-based projects.
Coordinate and monitor the daily activities of 20–25 interns.
Track outreach progress and ensure research targets are achieved on time.
Review collected information and assist in verifying participant stories.
Maintain organized databases, trackers, and research documentation.
Follow up with researchers and participants to gather missing information.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all records.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for the leadership team.
Identify and escalate discrepancies, unverifiable information, or research challenges.
Collaborate with campaign, content, and operations teams to support project requirements.
Help maintain quality standards throughout the research process.
Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and online research tools.
Attention to detail and ability to verify information accurately.
Comfortable interacting with diverse individuals and handling large volumes of data.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Must have their own laptop

Stipend: 10k to 15k Per Month
