Role & responsibilities
Responsible for Food pick-up from Kitchen to FNB outlet
Handling guest complaints
Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure all culinary actvities align with our standards.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create and update menu items.
Ensure proper food safety and sanitazation process are followed.
Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies.
Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering their professional growth.
Monitor kitchen performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Support in managing kitchen costs and controlling food waste.
Step in for the Executive Chef when needed.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualifications:
• BHM
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in Western / Continental Cuisine
Experience in Five Star Luxury Hotels must– 8-10 Yrs
Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operaions.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage mulƟple tasks.
Passion for food and commitment to high-quality standards.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
CTC Range- 8
-10 Lakhs
