About the Role
Lead pan-India training, manage calendars, conduct store trainings, run TTT, build capability programs, drive CX, support launches & NSOs, and partner with Ops & Brand teams.
Ideal Candidate
Strong beauty/skincare/makeup training background
Luxury retail experience (mandatory)
Excellent coaching, communication & leadership
