Training Manager

Join our Training & Development team and help shape the growth journey of our retail staff!
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Facilitation:
Deliver engaging training sessions for retail teams on customer service, sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies.
Content Design:
Assist in creating impactful training modules, presentations, and e-learning materials.
Onboarding:
Lead onboarding programs to ensure new hires transition smoothly into their roles.
Performance
Coaching:
Assess skill gaps, provide coaching, and deliver refresher sessions to boost performance.
Training Evaluation:
Track training effectiveness, gather feedback, and prepare reports to measure business impact.
Collaboration:
Partner with HR and Operations to schedule programs, ensuring minimal disruption to store activities.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
✅ 2–5 years of experience in training, coaching, or retail operations
✅ Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
✅ Passion for engaging and motivating retail teams
✅ Familiarity with retail operations, POS systems, and customer service best practices
✅ Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
