- Ensure all stores follow VM guidelines and brand standards through regular audits
- Identify gaps, guide store teams, and share audit reports for quick corrections
- Execute GTM launches, brand campaigns, and in-store activations on time
- Coordinate with brand teams and vendors and ensure good quality VM materials
- Maintain and track VM assets, ensuring proper upkeep and replacements
- Train store staff on VM standards, planograms, and seasonal guidelines
- Ensure correct and timely planogram implementation across stores
- Execute seasonal and festive VM displays (Diwali, Navratri, Durga Puja, etc.)
- Travel regularly for store visits, audits, training, and campaign checks
- Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Procurement teams
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 2–5 years of VM experience
- Strong VM knowledge, good communication, and training skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and willing to travel
Budget- upto 6-6.5 LPA
