JOB DESCRIPTION –   Ecommerce Manager

Job Location - Sewree, Mumbai (HO)

Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard Onestop's product catalog on Q-commerce platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon Fresh, etc.
Build and manage strong relationships with platform category managers and operations teams.
Negotiate favourable listings, pricing, promotions, and visibility on partner apps.
Coordinate with internal merchandising, inventory, and supply chain teams to ensure real-time product availability.
Analyze category sales, consumer trends, and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities.
Track and monitor performance KPIs such as GMV, order volume, and SLA adherence.
Collaborate with store teams for Q-commerce fulfillment and last-mile delivery operations.
Explore hyperlocal expansion opportunities by leveraging store locations for micro-fulfilment.
Optimize P&L and marketing initiatives to maximize revenue, improve ROI, and ensure profitable growth.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, e-commerce, or retail partnerships (Q-commerce experience is a must).
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions (Excel/Google Sheets proficiency).
A growth mindset, with a customer-first approach and strong execution agility.
