Experience of Business development and Sales in Gulf and Middle East  will be an added advantage
Knowledge of Arabic, English, Tamil or Malayalam is a must.

The Sales Head is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, developing market strategies, and ensuring profitability and brand positioning coordination with the marketing team. This role involves managing sales teams, expanding market reach, and collaborating with other departments like production, marketing, and design.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and maximise revenue.

· Financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management in a jewelry manufacturing environment.
Create annual sales plans, set sales targets, and monitor performance for both wholesale and retail
Analyze market trends and customer preferences to adjust strategies for retail and also work on whole  requirements as per the trends and calendar
Identify new business opportunities, including partnerships, new markets, or product lines for wholesale and retail
Lead efforts to expand distribution channels (both online and offline), including wholesalers, retailers, and direct-to-consumer platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including high-end retailers, reliable and consistent wholesale buyers, jewelry boutiques, and individual, high-value amazing customers.
Gather customer feedback for product improvement.
Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Set individual and team KPIs, track performance, and ensure continuous development.
Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team.
Collaborate with the design team to align new product development with market demand.
Coordinate with the production department to ensure product availability, timely delivery, and adherence to quality standards.
Identify and evaluate opportunities for geographic expansion, both domestically and internationally.
Attend and represent the company at jewelry trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance the brand presence.
Set pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness while maintaining profitability.
Monitor cost structures and work with finance to optimise product margins.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for both wholesale and retail for the leadership team.
Analyse sales data to provide insights and recommendations on improving sales processes or market positioning.
Ensure that all sales operations comply with industry regulations, including ethical sourcing, hallmarking, and certifications like BIS, GIA, etc.
