About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Director to oversee the overall operations, sales performance, and customer experience of a flagship store. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven experience in premium or luxury retail, ensuring the store exceeds business objectives while maintaining brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, inspire, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Oversee daily operations including sales, inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance.
Drive business growth by analyzing KPIs, market trends, and customer insights.
Maintain high standards of store presentation in line with brand guidelines.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
Recruit, train, and coach staff, ensuring alignment with company values and culture.
Manage budgets, P&L, and operational efficiency.
Ensure adherence to company policies, security, and loss prevention measures.

Requirements:
8+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or premium brands.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales and business targets.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Customer-centric approach with passion for luxury retail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
