Exciting opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to join the Luxury Division. We are looking for professionals with strong expertise in omni-channel account management, retail partnerships, E-commerce operations, and trade marketing to drive sales growth, market share, and brand visibility across online and offline channels.

Responsibilities:
Manage and develop key omni-channel retail and E-commerce accounts
Drive Annual Joint Business Plans (JBP) with retail partners
Execute Go-To-Market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Monitor sell-in, sell-out, GMV, and market share performance
Optimize E-commerce operations including stock availability, campaign pages, and promotions
Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Digital teams for business growth
Ensure achievement of sales targets, ROI objectives, and brand visibility goals
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Retail, or E-commerce
Strong exposure to omni-channel retail operations and digital commerce
Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Luxury, or Retail industries preferred
Expertise in trade marketing, business planning, and stakeholder management
MBA or relevant professional experience preferred
