The Role
We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser  who will work closely with the Visual Merchandising and Retail teams to ensure seamless on-ground execution of brand guidelines across stores and B2B channels. This is a highly execution-driven role requiring strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and field coordination.

Responsibilities:
Visual Merchandising Execution

· Support execution of VM guidelines across retail stores and SIS formats

· Ensure consistency of brand identity across all store touchpoints

· Assist in implementing seasonal campaigns, displays, and layouts
Graphic Design & Creative Support

· Create and adapt visual assets using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

· Support in layout design, in-store branding elements, and creative adaptations

· Ensure high-quality output aligned with brand standards
Store Coordination & Field Execution

· Coordinate with store teams during VM installations and rollouts

· Conduct regular store visits to monitor implementation quality

· Ensure adherence to timelines and VM standards across locations
VM Compliance & Reporting

· Conduct VM audits and track execution through reports and trackers

· Identify gaps in execution and ensure timely closures

· Maintain documentation of store-wise VM compliance
Cross-functional Coordination

· Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and retail stakeholders

· Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and store rollouts

· Manage communication across teams for timely delivery

Must - Have

Qualifications:

· Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (design, layouts, creative adaptations)

· Experience in Visual Merchandising execution across retail stores (displays, fixtures, brand guidelines)

· Exposure to retail/store operations or multi-store environments (SIS/B2B is a plus)

· Ability to handle store coordination & on-ground execution (store visits, vendor & team coordination)

· Experience in VM audits, reporting & compliance tracking with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

· Exposure to multi-store retail environments / SIS / B2B formats

· Experience in brand activation or campaign rollouts

· Basic understanding of retail display fixtures and materials
