Fashion Consultant - Bandra

Saphed, Bandra, Mumbai

Saphed is a premium clothing brand based in Mumbai with stores in Bandra, Kala Ghoda and Goa. We are looking for a Fashion Consultant who brings experience, confidence and the ability to run the store independently.

This is a full-time on site, high ownership role. You will be the face of the store, responsible for sales, operations and the customer experience with minimal direction from the team.

Key Responsibilities

Drive and achieve monthly sales targets consistently
Manage day-to-day store operations independently, including opening and closing, inventory and daily reporting

Build and maintain a personal client book with regular follow-ups

Deliver a high-quality, personalised styling experience to every customer

Handle walk-ins, appointments and inbound enquiries with professionalism

Coordinate with the brand team on new arrivals, stock requirements and floor feedback

Uphold visual merchandising standards and ensure the store reflects the Saphed aesthetic at all times

What We Are Looking For

3 to 5 years of experience in premium or luxury fashion retail

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Strong knowledge of styling, fabric, and premium product categories

Ability to manage operations without supervision
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills

Someone who takes initiative and treats the role with the seriousness of running their own business
