What you are required to do
Warmly greet customers and guests
Manage the customer waiting area effectively and courteously
Share product catalogues and service information during wait time
Guide customers smoothly to the relevant sales or service counters
Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with luxury brand standards
Maintain electronic customer data for all walkins
Handle customer queries and escalate concerns to the Store Manager when required
Maintain a clean, organized work area in coordination with housekeeping
Ensure a neat, professional, and wellgroomed appearance at all times
What we're looking for
Excellent communication skills in Hindi / Odia / English
Strong interpersonal communication and peoplehandling skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced retail environment
Calm under pressure
Basic knowledge of office software and systems
