Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Luxury Consignment Manager role based in Mumbai. The role involves managing the consignment process end-to-end, including building and maintaining client relationships, authenticating luxury items, and pricing products accurately. The manager will oversee authentication ,quality control, inventory management, and client relationship maintanence.
salary - 45k to start
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of luxury brands and prior background or experience in the luxury merchandising
Require someone who showcases empathy and has a pleasant demeanour to interact with clients in person
Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Communication.
Knowledge research in Luxury Item Authentication, Quality Control, and Pricing.
Experience in Inventory Management and Operations processes
Ability to work collaboratively with other team members, ensuring shared goals.
Excellent organizational skills and follow ups.
Bachelor's degree / background in Fashion Merchandising / management or a related field is preferred. or experience in a similar field
