WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Passion for beauty, skincare, and luxury personal care products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
• Ability to drive sales through product knowledge and personalised recommendations
• Professional grooming and a polished, presentable appearance at all times
• Prior experience in retail beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG is preferred
• Fluency in local language with working knowledge of Hindi or English
• Comfortable working in retail shifts including weekends, with 9-hour roster-based shifts
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Represent and promote the Kimirica brand at the SIS counter within Shoppers Stop
• Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products
• Demonstrate product benefits and conduct skin/fragrance consultations
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the counter
• Maintain counter hygiene, visual merchandising standards, and product display norms
• Track and report daily sales data, footfall, and customer feedback
• Coordinate with the area manager for stock replenishment and counter requirements
