Role Description
We are seeking a Retail Beauty Advisor for an on-site, full-time position based in Mumbai. The Retail Beauty Advisor will engage with customers to provide exceptional service, demonstrate product knowledge, and recommend suitable skincare and cosmetic products to meet customer needs. The role also involves maintaining in-depth knowledge of Kimirica's product range, assisting with retail sales, and ensuring an excellent in-store shopping experience.

The advisor will act as an ambassador for the brand, upholding its values of ethics, sustainability, and wellness.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Cosmetology and in-depth Skin Care knowledge
Strong skills in Product Knowledge and the ability to recommend solutions tailored to customer needs
Excellent Customer Service abilities to build meaningful relationships and provide outstanding support
Experience in Retail Sales, with the ability to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for luxury skincare, cosmetics, and wellness
Previous experience in retail beauty environments is an advantage
