Job Summary
Kiran Jewels India is seeking an experienced and talented Senior Jewelry Merchandiser to own and grow our entire Domestic market. This is a senior leadership role for a seasoned professional with 8+ years across product development, design, pricing, CAD, and sample review.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong team-management skills — able to guide and motivate a team while coordinating seamlessly with sales representatives and customers. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, the Senior Merchandiser will develop products that meet market needs and brand standards, striking an excellent balance between design aesthetics and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
1.  Market Management
Independently own the entire Domestic market, developing a deep understanding of regional trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape.
Develop and implement market-specific merchandising strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
2.  Product Development
Oversee the full product-development cycle from concept to final product — design, pricing, CAD modeling, and sample reviews.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure designs align with market trends, customer preferences, and brand guidelines.
Drive cost-effective solutions and work closely with manufacturing to uphold quality standards.
3.  Customer & Sales Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for the sales team and customers at a pan-India level, addressing queries and managing expectations.
Actively participate in customer meetings to gather insights and feedback on product offerings.
Partner with sales to build product assortments tailored to key customer accounts.
4.  Team Leadership
Lead a team of 8–10 product-development professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure team goals align with company strategy and timelines.
Foster a collaborative, motivated environment with effective communication and problem-solving.
5.  Trade Show & Event Representation
Represent the company at major jewelry shows, trade events, and customer meetings as required.
Build strong, long-term relationships by meeting customers and understanding their needs first-hand.
6.  Reporting & Analysis
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, product-development progress, and market insights.
Use data-driven analysis to refine and improve the product-development process and merchandising strategies.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Design, Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in jewelry product development and merchandising, with a strong background in design, pricing, CAD modeling, and sample review.
Proven experience managing a team, with strong leadership, delegation, and mentorship skills.
Demonstrated ability to independently handle and grow a market — preferably the domestic / Indian market.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Strong understanding of jewelry market trends, with experience attending and participating in trade shows.

Compensation
₹3,00,000 per month (₹36 LPA) — competitive and commensurate with experience.
