Nolte Küchen is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Retail Head to lead and expand our retail business across the assigned region. The role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing dealer and showroom performance, developing market opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer experience in line with Nolte’s premium brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Drive regional retail sales and achieve business targets.
Support existing partner and showroom network.
Identify and onboard new retail partners and business opportunities.
Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
Lead, coach, and develop retail sales teams.
Ensure brand standards and customer experience are maintained across all locations.
Coordinate with marketing, design, and operations teams to maximize business performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
8+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in kitchens, furniture, interiors, or similar premium segment.
Proven experience managing multi-location retail operations.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
Willingness to travel across the region.
Driving license.
