Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a friendly and efficient  Cashier  to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail. As a Cashier, you will be the first and last point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and pleasant checkout experience.

Preferred candidate profile
Greet customers as they enter and exit the store.
Accurately handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
Issue receipts, refunds, and change as required.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Bag purchases carefully and efficiently.
Answer customer questions and assist with product inquiries.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high level of customer service.
Follow store policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.
Report discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.
Help with stock replenishment and store tidiness during slow periods.
