Your Role

As a  Executive at Stay Vista , you will be the main point of contact for our guests, making sure they have a smooth and unforgettable experience. You'll listen to what each guest likes, handle their requests promptly, and solve any small issues that come up quickly. Your goal is to ensure that every guest feels well taken care of and leaves with a positive impression.

About You

2 years of experience in a hospitality or guest service role, with a focus on personalized service.
A user-centric approach to drive higher satisfaction among guests and owners.
Exceptional service orientation and ability to provide timely solutions.
Ability to execute and drive efficiency through continuous process improvement.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate and manage.
Strong in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to deliver results under pressure and within the deadline.
Strong inclined to do high-quality and impactful work in a dynamic environment.
Manage daily guest interactions, ensuring timely and efficient responses to guest requests.
This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guests Management, as determined by organizational needs.
