Job Description Project Manager – Retail (Store Fit-outs)
Mumbai

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Manage end-to-end store execution from site handover (HOTO) to store opening

● Coordinate with internal teams (design, business, procurement) for smooth project flow

● Handle multiple vendors across

● Civil works

● Electricals

● HVAC (AC)

● Fixtures & signage

● Ensure timely project delivery as per defined TnA timelines

● Monitor site progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications

● Track and control project budgets and costs

● Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews

● Manage snag closure and final handover readiness

● Liaise with landlords/mall teams for approvals and coordination

KEY

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

● 6–8 years of experience in retail fit-outs / interior project execution

● Strong understanding of store development processes

● Experience in managing multi-vendor execution

● Good knowledge of costing, BOQs, and budgeting

● Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

● Strong problem-solving and coordination skills

● Willingness to travel extensively

PREFERRED BACKGROUND:

● Experience in apparel / retail store expansion (with large formats like Reliance, Aditya Birla)

● Exposure to both mall and high street projects

● Basic understanding of drawings and layouts
