Area Regional Manager

We are looking for an experienced Area Regional Manager to manage and drive the performance of multiple jewellery showrooms across the assigned territory.

Qualification:

Graduate / Any Degree
Industry:
Retail Jewellery only

Key Responsibilities:

Manage sales performance and business targets across multiple stores.
Lead and guide Store Managers and sales teams to achieve individual and store targets.
Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and sales.
Drive customer experience, selling standards and overall store performance.
Monitor stock, inventory, stock audits and operational processes.
Ensure adherence to store standards, visual merchandising and shop-floor discipline.
Coach and develop sales teams through regular performance reviews and training.
Track market trends, customer preferences and competitive activity.
Share regular MIS and business insights with Management.
Work closely with Retail Operations, HR, Training and Product teams.
Candidate Profile:
8+ years of experience in   Retail Jewellery   .
Strong experience in managing   multiple jewellery showrooms / stores   .
Proven experience in sales and team management.
Strong analytical and business planning skills.
Good understanding of jewellery retail operations and inventory management.
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

This position requires candidates with   strong Retail Jewellery Multi-Store / Multi-Showroom experience only   . Candidates from B2B, wholesale, manufacturing or other industries will not be considered.
