Role Description  The Sr Fashion Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves providing personalized styling advice to clients, guiding them on silhouettes, fabrics, and outfits that align with Mulmul’s aesthetic and the customer’s preferences. The Sr Fashion Consultant will demonstrate deep product knowledge, assist with fittings, coordinate looks for various occasions, and ensure an elevated in-store experience.

Daily responsibilities include engaging with customers, building long-term relationships, driving sales, managing client appointments, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The role also involves mentoring junior consultants, sharing trend insights, and collaborating with the store team to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Strong Product Knowledge and understanding of Indian ethnic wear, fabrics, fits, and current fashion trends.
Proven expertise in Fashion Consulting and personal styling, with the ability to curate looks for diverse customer needs.
Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clear, inclusive client interactions.
Customer Service skills focused on creating positive, memorable in-store experiences and building repeat clientele.
Sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and achieving individual and store-level targets.
Previous experience in premium or designer fashion retail, preferably in ethnic or occasion wear.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, including weekends and peak festive seasons, with strong time management and teamwork.
Relevant education in Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
