We’re looking for a full-time, results-driven Bidding Specialist with 3years of experience winning projects across major freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, People Per Hour , Guru, and more

Role Overview
:
As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, crafting winning proposals, and generating consistent leads through freelancing platforms
.Key Responsibilitie
sActively search and bid on relevant projects across multiple platform
sWrite tailored, high-conversion proposal
sEngage with clients and handle initial communicatio
nUnderstand client needs and align them with our services (Web, Mobile, ERP, etc.
)Manage multiple platform accounts and optimize profiles/gigs (especially Fiverr
)Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified lead
sRequirements
:
Proven experience in bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar platform
sStrong success rate in winning project
sExcellent written communication and sales skill
sUnderstanding of IT services (preferred
)Ability to work full-time and manage multiple platforms efficientl
