The Role
You'll be the first voice many medical traders, importers and distributors in the Middle East hear from us. You'll open doors, build trust over the phone, and turn cold contacts into

active, repeat-ordering accounts on our B2B platform .
This is a

hunter role . We need someone who picks up the phone with purpose, handles rejection without losing momentum, and measures their day by orders and pipeline, not by activity.
What You'll Do
Make

high-volume, high-quality outbound calls

to medical traders, importers, wholesalers and distributors across the GCC
Research and build target lists; reach the real decision-makers: business owners, purchase managers and import/procurement heads
Pitch Pantaq clearly and confidently: one partner offering all major brands, volume pricing, and UK/US sourcing reliability
Understand each trader's product range, volumes and current suppliers; qualify for fit and potential
Onboard traders onto our B2B e-commerce platform

and walk them through placing their first orders
Share catalogues, price lists and quotations, then follow up by phone, Whats App, email and Linked In until each lead is either converted or closed
Negotiate on volumes and pricing within set guidelines, and close first orders
Nurture new accounts into repeat buyers , driving regular reordering on the platform and growing order size and frequency over time
Keep the CRM accurate, with every call, quote and next step logged
Hit and beat weekly and monthly targets for calls, connects, qualified leads, accounts onboarded and revenue
Feed market intelligence back to the team: product demand, competitor pricing, objections and buying patterns in each country
What We're Looking For
Must-have
Based in India

and willing to work full-time from the private office we set up for you in your city
Self-driven enough to hit targets working independently, without anyone looking over your shoulder
2+ years in

outbound B2B telesales / telemarketing

with a proven record of hitting targets. Bring numbers and be ready to talk about them.
Excellent spoken English : clear, confident and persuasive with business owners and senior buyers
Experience selling to

international markets

and/or to

traders, distributors or channel partners
High resilience: you can take fifty "no"s and still make the fifty-first call count
Discipline with CRM, follow-ups and your own pipeline
A graduate degree in any discipline
Strong advantage
Experience calling into the

Middle East / GCC
Background in

medical consumables, disposables, surgical supplies, pharma or healthcare distribution
Export sales

experience, including quotations, lead times and basic trade terms (Incoterms, payment terms)
Experience selling or onboarding…
