Role & Responsibilities
- Counsel patients and accompanying family members on the benefits and process of IVF treatment
- Provide financial counselling regarding treatment plans and IVF packages
- Maintain and manage patient data/records related to IVF procedures such as IUI, ICSI, OD/ED
- Monitor reporting and quality benchmarks at the center and clinic
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and protocols
- Drive patient conversion for various IVF packages
- Explain treatment-related consents clearly to patients
- Supervise and manage Counsellors and Tele-sales staff under the Financial Wing.
