Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Executive to manage stock levels, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure smooth inventory operations across warehouses or stores. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of inventory management systems, and the ability to coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
Track stock movement including inward, outward, returns, and transfers.
Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies.
Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock replenishment.
Prepare inventory reports, stock aging reports, and MIS reports.
Ensure proper documentation for inventory transactions.
Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stock shortages or overstocking.
Update inventory data in ERP/software systems.
Support dispatch and receiving operations when required.
Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of inventory management processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/inventory software.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain management.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Additional certification in inventory or warehouse management is an advantage.
