Abgeschlossen wird die Oberstufe mit einem mittleren Notendurchschnitt. Zu den Anforderungen gehören Freude an der Teigverarbeitung, ein guter Geschmacks- und Geruchssinn sowie die Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten.
