• Promptly answer incoming phone calls
• Caringly assist callers with their needs
• Effectively communicate via Live Chat, Email, and other forms of electronic communications
• Accurately schedule repair appointments based on service area and scope of work
• Actively communicate with the Dispatch Team regarding availability and skill sets
• Assist other team members as needed to accomplish shared goals

• Computer and data entry proficiency (Microsoft Office and iOS)
• Previous Call Center/Dispatch experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Service Titan is a plus
• Friendly, outgoing, and service driven
