- Provide comprehensive pediatric care to patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Doctor of Medicine Degree or its foreign equivalent
- Current and valid Physician License from the State of Indiana
- Completion of a three (3) year residency in Pediatrics
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
