Location:

Muncie, Indiana. This full‑time role involves providing foot and ankle care in a clinic setting. Staff membership at the hospital will be required.

• Assess patients with lower extremity complaints, review medical history and perform physical examinations.
• Order appropriate imaging or medical labs and develop/implement clinical plans of care.
• Provide comprehensive podiatric care, including at‑risk foot care, painful conditions, trauma, wound care, and surgical management when appropriate.
• Educate patients and families on foot care, general wellness, medication use, side effects, adherence, and prevention.
• Maintain patient medical records and documentation in compliance with state regulations and company policy.
• Participate in continuing education required by the state Board of Podiatric Medicine.
• Prescribe medication as permitted by the state Board.
• Perform other related duties as necessary.

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) with appropriate certification and licensure is required.
• Active DPM license preferred or ability to obtain within applicable timeframe.
• Strong compassion for patients and families.
• DEA registration or eligibility required.
• CPR certification expected and consistent with state Board requirements.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
