Job Responsibilities:

· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

· 7+ years of experience in controls engineering within automotive manufacturing or a similarly complex industrial environment.

· Proficient in PLC programming (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.), HMI/SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols.

· Strong knowledge of electrical panel design, sensors, actuators, VFDs, and robotics integration.

· Hands-on experience with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic systems.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

· Strong project management and communication skills.
