Job Responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance engineering within automotive or high-volume manufacturing.
  • Documented success in developing and sustaining preventative and predictive maintenance programs and systems.
  • Experience in launching new maintenance systems from scratch or overhauling underperforming programs.
  • Background in IATF 16949, considered an asset.
  • Strong familiarity with CMMS tools (e.g., SAP PM, FIIX).
  • Excellent understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Working knowledge of TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, and other reliability-focused methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision.
