Located in Muncie, Indiana, our team works closely together to help fabricate steel for a variety of high‑profile and complex projects.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Project Manager to join our expanding team and oversee a variety of Rack Structure projects. This role is responsible for driving the safety, profitability, and quality of each project from start to finish. The Project Manager will collaborate with professionals across the organization to ensure seamless project execution, managing schedules, budgets, and client expectations.

The Project Manager will also support preconstruction efforts including take‑offs, estimates, proposals, and pricing.

• Oversee Rack Structure projects from start to finish.

• Involved in project planning, change order management, subcontractor coordination, managing project schedules, and maintaining project controls such as safety forms, work plans, submittals, and RFI’s.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• At least 5 years of experience managing projects, preferably within the Steel industry.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Creative and results‑oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and self‑motivation.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals.

This position will be based in Muncie, Indiana with travel to job sites as needed. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
